Katelin received a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University located in Grand Rapids, MI. After graduation she worked for a government agency designing line art illustrations for military vehicle manuals (don’t tell anyone or she may have to make you ‘disappear’). In May of 2008, Katelin landed her dream job with Element and has not looked back since.

Currently Katelin is suffering from an addiction to hidden object games. She is working diligently to cure herself, and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children when she is strong enough to leave her computer for more than 15 minutes. She also hopes to start sewing and painting again once it is under control.
She also really enjoys watching a variety of movies and television shows. If you couldn’t already guess, Katelin is also a movie critic. Unlike others, she chooses not to rate by stars, one through ten, or percentages because her verbal diagnosis is more than sufficient. Music is included in her critiques as well, and is currently in love with the band Interpol.
Outside the technology realm, Katelin enjoys hunting and fishing. She holds her family hunting record with a ten-point buck.

I don’t know Kate, Facebook is pretty nifty. I’m back in touch with people i haven’t heard from in years! And only the people you want to see your photos, profile, etc. can, by permission. You can even have a link to your blog on facebook. What’s really nice about it for me, is that it’s one place I can go to to check in with people instead of many separate blogs. But, no pressure! How is your hubby?

I’m pretty sure it was only a 9-point buck. More than certain. You can’t count points that were broken off. And yeah, get on Facebook already. It’s what all the hip kids do. Or at least get a DeviantArt.

What about Fight Club? And Facebook isn’t so bad… you should see all the great photos I have posted up there! And it will be the best way for you to keep track of my adventures overseas!
