Name: Lance Peroutka

Lance is a 1994 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Steven Point with a bachelor’s degree in advertising.  He worked at Madison Advertising for a couple years and joined The Karma Group in 1997.  Later he started at RiverNorth Communications, and in 2002 he purchased it with his partner Aldis Strazdins.  The name was changed to Element Creative and the company was moved to its present location.

North Face Fleece & Jeans:
Lance likes to do anything outdoors: swimming, skiing, fishing, hunting -you get the picture.  Lance states he goes fishing or hunting about once a year in Canada, but in reality it’s more like ten times a year.  Being older has also become an excuse to travel, but to warmer places since the Wisconsin winters are getting too cold.

He also has two kids that keep him hopping.  He is currently coaching their soccer teams and loves every minute.

Professional Turn-ons:

Creating marketing and advertising campaigns that actually generate sales is top on his list.  Publicity programs, search engine optimization, and the evolution of interactive marketing also toot his horn.

    This post failed to mention Lance’s speedy-typing technique. If you haven’t witnessed it in person, it really is something you must experience in your lifetime. His fingers move so fast you can barely see them!
