Element would like to announce three new additions to its team!  Traci Tadych, hired as a account coordinator, Ross Atkinson, hired as a web developer, and Eric Severstad, hired as a copywriter and associate creative director.

“Element is growing rapidly. The construction of our new building is scheduled to be complete by fall 2009 and it will be twice the size of our current office. We are anticipating hiring several more people by the end of the year, “ said Lance Peroutka, agency director. Starting with just a handful of clients five years ago, Element currently services more than 50 business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies, both locally and nationally, and has tripled the number of employees.

Severstad has over two decades of experience working with different agencies throughout Central and Northeast Wisconsin.  His professional interests include the written and spoken word, social media, the union of art and copy, and guerrilla marketing.

Atkinson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and started his educational career in the forestry department, but switched gears and graduated with a Web and digital media degree.  He previously has worked as an interactive developer at Ham in the Fridge in Minneapolis and moved back to Wisconsin to join Element in late February 2009.

Tadych graduated from the Art Insitute of Portland and has a background in graphic design.  With a diverse background, she enjoys both design and account management.
