Centerpiece Won at Small Business Awards

It was a great day for many small businesses at Green Bay’s annual Business Recognition Luncheon, but today’s big winner is Element! Account Executive Nikki Pribnow was the lucky winner of table 44’s beautiful centerpiece.

“There were seven of us sitting at the table, so it was anyone’s game,” stated Pribnow. “As I was enjoying my delicious chicken and rice, which by the way I found very unusual, I looked down and there it was! A blue ticket had been secretively placed under my coffee cup! At first I didn’t know exactly what it meant or how it got there, but I had a hunch. When they finally made the announcement, it felt like I had won the lottery.”

The metal centerpiece is square and has words of inspiration written around actual grass that grows in the middle. Because it is a ‘living’ centerpiece, many people feel that Pribnow may not be the right person to have won.

“Have you seen her office plants?” said Kiar Olson, another Element team member that attended the luncheon and should not be confused with ‘Kiar Olsen.’  “They’ve been dead for awhile, and she still waters them! We’re just too afraid to tell her.”

Overall it is a proud day for the entire Element team. We are very happy to have this prestigious prize within our office walls.

Although the prize is mine, there is a combined effort in keeping it alive. Thank you Lance, for watering the centerpiece this morning! It is alive and well!
