Principals Lance Peroutka and Aldis Strazdins purchased Element in 2001.  Element is a full-service marketing agency located in Northeast Wisconsin that provides strategic planning, brand management, interactive solutions, and design for local and national companies.  With a combined 30 years of experience, Peroutka manages operational and account management functions, while Strazdins manages the creative department, photography, Web development, and video projects for the agency.
