For what seemed like months, Jeff Gahnz has finally returned from the worlds first intergalactic bike race. It took Gahnz almost a year to fully prepare himself for this event, meeting all of NASA’s requirements before starting the race in Green Bay, WI. Gahnz, who had been ‘mentally checked out’ from his job weeks prior to the big race, seemed pensive and mentally ready for the challenge.

Today the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Business Recognition Luncheon and Showcase to honor and recognize a variety of local businesses. There were a total of six awards presented, with over 15 companies that were nominated.
Kathy Carroll’s 20th Anniversary Fine Finishes event at the Chicago Institute of Fine Finishes was this year’s place to find and try the hottest and trendiest new products. The event featured a large group of faux finishing experts and suppliers, including Crescent Bronze Powder Company, that gave attendees a hands-on opportunity to try new products and learn fresh faux finishing techniques.

The Chain of Custody Certification allows DeLeers Millwork to offer products made from materials that can be traced back to well-managed, FSC qualified forests.
