We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will develop content strategies that support our clients’ marketing goals, speak to trends, and consider the buyer’s journey. This strategy will connect the dots and amplify the brand voice across various channels including, but not limited to, web, paid media, printed materials, social, and earned media. You’ll ensure that the right content is delivered to the right audience at the right time to support the sales process.

You’ll work with a highly collaborative team to deliver fully integrated marketing solutions. Creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous optimization are a must.


  • Lead and manage content strategies for blogs, case studies, webinars, videos, social posts, contributed articles, etc. This includes topic ideation, collaboration with agency and client teams, setting a strategic content cadence, and aligning content with other marketing efforts to support quarterly themes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients to ensure all content supports their objectives and aligns with their strategic brand positioning and identity.
  • Manage a team of creators and oversee content creation to ensure quality and alignment, while also circulating content through the proper approval channels.
  • Review content for brand continuity, voice, tone, and grammar.
  • Create and maintain content marketing calendars to schedule all aspects of content creation and delivery throughout the year.
  • Target strategic keywords to write optimized content for search engines (SEO) while remaining informative and on brand.
  • Leverage data to develop content themes/topics that support a point of view for our clients’ target personas.
  • Proactively vocalize and inspire improvements to our content processes and capabilities to better our craft.
  • Lead the development of content standards, best practices, training processes, and priorities for our content team
  • Lead the career development of our content creators.
  • Work closely with creatives to build content strategies, concept new ideas, identify asset needs, and execute content tactics.
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of our clients

What You’ll Bring to The Table

  • Writing samples, showcasing both long-form and short-form copy.
  • 7+ years of experience in content writing, marketing, advertising, and/or public relations
  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or public relations
  • Understanding of what it means to be a creative lead who elevates those around them
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, clients, and projects with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Overall digital marketing, content strategy, and channel strategy knowledge
  • Ability to research, interview, and compile information from a variety of sources
  • Project and time management expertise
  • Self-starter with a focus on detail and meeting deadlines
  • Persuasive team player with a knack for working across groups
  • Persistence with a side of flexibility
  • A strong understanding and experience using WordPress CMS.
  • A working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Be a very strong editor and proofreader with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
