We’re looking for a Photo/Video Content Creator to assist with the creation of engaging content that captures interest, elicits emotion, and inspires action for our clients’ target audiences.


  • Work closely with multiple departments to develop, capture, and produce photo/video content for our clients that is engaging and aligns with their brand and marketing goals.
  • Ideate, capture, create, and edit short- and long-form content for multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., as well as for applications such as websites, digital advertisements, trade shows, blogs, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices, especially related to social media, to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant. Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage content, using performance metrics to optimize content and inform future executions.
  • Apply videography, photography, production, and post-production skills in the ideation, planning, management, and documentation of video and photo shoots. Create the video/photo plan and storyboard, and coordinate the resources needed for all shoots.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize new ideas and execute content marketing plans.
  • Observe brand standards and ensure consistency for all photo/video content.
  • Determine technical requirements, such as camera equipment, lighting, sound, backdrops, and special needs necessary for photo and video productions in advance of production dates.
  • Take work from concept to final execution within established deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including video and photo files.
  • Maintain, repair, service, and install photo/video production equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to The Table:

  • 4+ years of relevant photo/video experience, with at least 2 years of experience creating short-form content like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient with photo and video software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capture One, After Effects, and Lightroom.
  • Thorough understanding of and ability to use basic photo/video production equipment, including cameras, lightboxes, studio lighting, flashes, gimbals, microphones, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of artistic styles, techniques, methodologies, and effects used within photo/video production.
  • Knowledgeable of field production techniques and standards that may require special lighting, numerous locations, creativity, special audio needs, etc.
  • Proven content creation skills; capable of execution from start to finish with a passion for various kinds of creative including animation, photo, video, and editing.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail – specifically when handling multiple projects, versioning, and receiving feedback.
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date with trends and best practices, especially related to social media.
  • Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results.
