Senior Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do:

Bring Ideas to Life
From concept to final design, you’ll create original, captivating visuals for everything from websites and print collateral to product packaging and trade show displays. No two days will be the same.

Collaborate Across Teams
You’ll partner with copywriters, developers, and account teams to bring diverse projects to life. You’ll also work closely with the Creative Director and fellow designers to maintain consistency and innovation across all deliverables.

Own the Process
You’ll manage the complete design process, from the initial spark of an idea to final production-ready files, ensuring everything is polished and on-point.

Stay On-Brand
You’ll maintain the highest standards in design execution while adhering to brand guidelines across various projects, whether it’s for a long-term client or a new business pitch.

Solve Problems and Adapt
Design challenges are what get you excited! You’ll thrive on solving creative problems and making last-minute tweaks to get designs just right, all while meeting tight deadlines.

Keep Things Fresh
You’ll stay ahead of the curve, always improving your design and software skills while experimenting with new tools and techniques that keep our designs fresh and innovative.

What You Bring:

Experience
You’ve got a solid portfolio that showcases your ability to handle a variety of design styles and formats. You're no stranger to tackling big, complex projects and making them shine.

Software Savvy
You’re proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other design tools. Bonus points for experience with animation or interactive design.

Attention to Detail
You have a keen eye for design, and no pixel gets past you. You’re the first to catch those little details that make a big difference.

Team Player
While you’re a creative force on your own, you’re equally excited to collaborate and exchange ideas with others to create the best possible outcome.

Passion for Design
You live and breathe design, constantly seeking inspiration, pushing boundaries, and taking your craft to the next level.

Office Collaboration
You’re ready to work onsite at our De Pere, Wisconsin office at least three day a week, so you can collaborate with the team and immerse yourself in the creative energy of the office.
