At Element, we believe growth comes from continuously evolving to become stronger partners with our clients. As part of our three-year strategic vision, we recently completed a full organizational realignment designed to better serve our clients and build more powerful, integrated marketing strategies.
That evolution included the creation of two new leadership roles within the agency. These positions were built to sharpen how we develop strategy and connect insight to execution across every discipline.
As we kick off 2026, we’re proud to share that two members of our team have stepped into these new leadership roles. Their promotions reflect both the strength of our people and our commitment to building an agency structure that elevates the client experience and fuels the next chapter of Element.
Katie Bramschreiber – Director of Integrated Strategy

Katie recently marked her 10-year anniversary with Element, and we’re celebrating that milestone with her promotion to Director of Integrated Strategy.
Over the past decade, Katie has played a pivotal role in shaping how Element partners with clients to build integrated marketing programs. In her new position, she will lead strategy development and our cross-functional team to ensure our work connects to business goals and long-term growth.
Having partnered with dozens of brands across a wide range of industries, Katie brings a seasoned perspective on what drives success. She understands how alignment creates momentum and how solid partnerships drive better outcomes.
Liv Upstone – Client Services Manager

Liv Upstone is stepping into the role of Client Service Manager, elevating how Element serves its clients. With experience as both an account manager and brand manager, she brings a deep understanding of what clients need from their agency partner.
Element has always believed the strongest work comes from operating as part of our clients’ teams, not outside of them. Liv’s leadership reinforces that belief. In her new role, she will help shape and evolve our approach to client engagement, communication, and support. The result is smoother collaboration, clearer direction, and marketing that gets built and delivered with greater intention.
Element isn’t built to be a vendor. We’re built to be a true extension of our clients’ teams. That means deeper involvement, sharper thinking, and work that holds up in the real world. Katie and Liv stepping into these roles enhances how we deliver marketing that actually drives business.
By continuing to elevate team members who bring deep marketing expertise and high standards to everything they touch, we’re raising the bar on how we help brands break through and show up differently in crowded marketing landscapes. Just as important, we’re building a leadership foundation that positions Element for a strong future.
If you’re interested in meeting the team and starting the conversation on how integrated marketing can make a difference for your business, we’d love to hear from you!
